What we offer
We offer Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) that is used in all general constructions, especially in major and prominent projects where cement is needed to meet strict quality requirements. Our cement has 28 days strength upto 10000 PSI, and meets the standards PS 232-2008 (R): BS 12:1996; ASTM C-150,Type I; and BS EN-197-1 Strength Class 42.5 N.

All the products can be supplied either in standard packaging of 50Kgs in paper bag or polypropylene bag, in bulk or packaged according to customers' requirements.

How cement is produced
Cement is made by grinding clinker to a fine powder, which produces traditional Portland cement usually grey in colour. The most important raw materials for the production of clinker are limestone and shale/clay. Mixed with water, cement serves as an adhesive to bind sand, gravel, and hard rock in concrete. Cement hardens both in the air and under water, and remains in its hardened state once reached.

Cement is usually available in the form of a homogeneous bulk dry good. It’s characteristics are standardised in order to ensure the required stability, reliability, and processability in the application.

Cements are classified according to their early and final strength as well as their composition. In addition to cements that consist of 100% clinker, there are so-called composite cements, in which a portion of the clinker is replaced by performance improvers. As the production of clinker is energy-intensive and releases large amounts of CO2, the use of performance improver can conserve natural resources and reduce CO2 emissions.
